INVITATION TO BID

The Technology Resource Center is inviting interested parties to bid on an “AS IS WHERE IS“ basis for the following described property/ies:

Sealed proposals shall be received at the TRC Boardroom, Penthouse, 9th Floor, Jacinta Bldg. 2, No. 1840 Sta. Rita  St. (beside MMDA), Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City, at 2:00 PM on December 12, 2011, Monday, at which place, time and date, said proposals will be opened by the Asset Disposal Committee in the presence of the bidders. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by cash or manager’s check/cashier’s check issued in Metro Manila payable to TRC in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Prospective bidders may inspect the above-mentioned properties. The TRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality therein and to accept the bids most advantageous to the Center. The decision of TRC shall be final and binding.
